what level of prior experience is required?
I love to teach in a multi-layered form. This means that everyone from complete beginners to those who have been journeying their sexuality for a while will find new insights. In short, everyone is welcome.

I'm a pragmatic visionary and synthesist. My gift is in weaving together multiple threads of wisdom into a coherent narrative and I have a love and intense curiosity for all things relational and intimate. My fields of study include attachment theory, nervous system regulation, boundaries, adult developmental psychology, authentic relating, integral theory, permaculture, social ecology and more.
